I had the privilege of viewing Acclerate before it was made public. We were all excited about the new offering and Accelerate delivered everything we had hoped and more. I found it an easy way to reinforce the key concepts of Lead Like Jesus and the videos are outstanding. Some of the best known (and loved) leadership heavyweights in the world today share their perspectives on being a servant leader. I was so impressed that I immediately started thinking of different ways to introduce people to this valuable resource. I shared the information with my current class (Masters of Organizational Leadership – MOL).

At the beginning of class I chose one of the days that supported the information we were covering that evening. I reviewed the transformational cycle, we viewed a video, the students read the accompanying lesson and we discussed the questions. We spent the next hour discussing the questions which lead perfectly into the remainder of the evening. We are now in our fourth week of class and every class night has been started in the same way. The comments have been very positive and the richness of the discussion has been well worth the time. The students are referencing Accelerate information in their essays and in other class discussions.
